At the production plant of Royal Convenience Seafood we concentrate on preparing fish fillet portions which will be used as meal components. The state of the art fryer provides many possibilities to cook the fish gently and healthily, where desired even without added fats. Customers appreciate the precision concerning the correct core temperature, weight and size. A highly automated production process allows to produce large numbers of identical cooked portions. Direct after the cooking process a freezer installation cools the portions to -20°C. This to preserve all the moisture in the cooked meat. The portions are fully cooked and will only need to be warmed up before consumption. All modern regeneration techniques are suitable.
