Rodé Vis is actively involved in all parts of the value chain in order to ensure safe products for the consumer. All products are controlled at different stages throughout the production process; from egg/processing plants to finished product in a box, and in certain cases, up to delivery to the customer.

All products are labelled in relation to prevailing labelling regulations in EU, import countries and customer requirements.

We carry out control and monitoring of our manufacturers and partners. Between 150 to 200 external quality audits are carried out every year by our quality team.

As a part of our quality assurance routines, the incoming salmon is checked , sensory rated and samples are taken for microbiological testing. Regularly all the internal tests are also done by external, certified laboratories.
